I always think that user education is the toughest part when come to security. I know lots of us are constantly asked by friends and family how they can keep their computers safe. Unless you have a ready made list it can be time consuming to give them all the tips they need. Well here is a pretty good list that you can give them and if they follow it they should be in pretty good shape. PC Magazine has a list of 72 Tips for Safer Computing that I wanted to point you to.
