Now you see, now you don't

There is one time I like cookies until my friend called me a cookies monster. Today I tried to make my own chocolate chip cookies. I have got the ready chocolate cookie mix for a try. What I need to do is beat the egg and butters together until smooth. Then mix them into the batter. Mix in the chocolate chips, oat and nuts. Scoop the cookie dough into 5cm balls and place 8-10 balls, spaced 10cm apart on the baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes if you want it to be crunchy or until pale golden brown else 20 minutes if you want it to be soft. After that remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. As easy as that.
Finally the rich, chunky chocolate chips cookies are ready. I think the cookies will only last for 2 days because there are more than 1 cookies monster in the house. :P
